Hours of operation:

Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 5pm AEST
Saturday, 10am – 1pm AEST

Closed Sundays, NSW Public Holidays, King’s Birthday, Over Christmas & Easter. We may Close for a week from time to time for stock take and or other things.

How ever we may respond to emails or social media outside of of normal trading hours depending on availability.

Pricing / payment:

All prices are in AUD & NZD (Default AUD).

Prices are subject to change without notice due to exchange rate and other variables without notice.

Credit cards are accepted and processed using WooCommerce / Stripe & Square systems.

BN Com Australia Charges Merchant fee’s for some services provided by third party’s.

No fees for (EFT) bank transfer.

PayPal: 4.4%, 0.49c transaction fee

Afterpay: 0.0%.

Wizpay: 2.0%, 0.30c transaction fee

Zip: 5.5%, 0.30c transaction fee

Square: 2.5%, 0.30c transaction fee

Product discounting will be available for large order quantities.  The discount will be determined by us at the time of order or by pre-arrangement.

Coupon Codes:

From time-to-time BNCom Australia will have coupon codes these may be in the form of free postage, % discount, etc.

We hold the right to discontinue the use of a particular code/s at anytime, excludes Barrett, Sitecomm, sale products & secondhand items.

Products:

  1. Most, but not all, products will be held in stock due to size, cost and other factors.
  2. Some items will be drop shipped by the supplier unless we need to service the item first.
  3. If you need something else from one of our suppliers and we don’t stock it, we will quote you first.
  4. Please note that for Barrett products, the price will be on application and not displayed on line.  We are unable to sell Barrett products to customers outside of Australia.
  5. BNCom Australia is a sub dealer for Barrett Communications through Aerial Systems Australia Pty Ltd.
  6. BNCom Australia is a Sub dealer for Tait Communications through BTW Communications.
  7. Amateur radios to be sold only to licensed persons or clubs.
  8. Rental/Hiring Services: BNCom has a rental service for equipment and frequency’s. Some of the services are partly provided for 3rd parties and there T&C’s also apply. Equipment hired from BNCom Australia remains the property of Benjamin Spiteri owner of BNCom Australia. A refundable security retainer is required and will be refunded if the equipment supplied is returned in the same condition it was provided to the customer. lost or stolen equipment must be reported to us and your states police immediately.
  9. We support radio programming for products we stock and other selected models.
  10. Dealer programming software will not be sold or supplied to anyone unless they are network/system manager or the holder of a valid amateur radio license, other conditions apply! Programming software supplied by BNCom Australia must not be redistributed, manufactures software license agreement must be followed.

Programming will be charged by the number of channels.  For over 40 the first ten channels will be free. Note a license or an authority must be provided for this service.

Shipping and returns:

The website will allow you to choose a shipping option.

We use services from:

In most cases items are dispatched within three (3) business day’s of cleared payment to BN Com Australia. Logistical delays may occur from time to time out of BN Com Australia’s control. We will try to keep you informed.

Items valued over $100.00AUD will always be sent requiring signature.

We recommend with items with a value over $100.00AUD you add extra cover available with Australia Post.

Where items are shipped direct from the supplier to the customer, the supplier will choose the shipping service and the price and delivery times may vary. Shipping will be quoted.

Pickup by appointment only.

All returns will require the customer to contact us via the website contact page.

Returned goods that you have chosen and no longer want will incur a 20% restock and handling fee.

Refunds = TBA fees

We will exchange goods chosen by mistake but must not have been opened or damaged.

Return shipping to paid by the customer.

Customer must pay for shipping of exchanged goods.

Communications & Website:

Website account, we encourage all customers with an account with BNCom Australia website to use 2FA (two factor authentication) to protect their data.

When on our or third (3rd) digital media platforms you must not:

  1. Use any part of the system to abuse, cause harm to us or anyone else.
  2. Hack, or run unauthorised code etc to cause damage.

Phone use:

Abusive calls or unsolicited calls will be reported to the authorities.

Calls may also be recorded for security and training purposes.

We reserve the right to end contact.

This include and not limited to blocking of phone numbers, email addresses & social media accounts from further contact. Spam & flagged calls, email etc. are automatically blocked.

 BNCom Australia Warranty:

All new products we sell will come with a 12-month warranty, second hand products with a 30-day warranty to the customer/purchaser with receipt / proof of purchase.

Warranty will not cover customer abuse, damage, environmental damage and misuse. If the warranty tamper sticker is removed or tampered with warranty will not be provided.

Warranty does not cover you for damages or loss from data or code from a third party’s digital system.

Any applicable factory extended warranty will be provided by the manufacturer.  Please contact them for details of such warranty.

President Electronics Warranty

This device is guaranteed 1 years parts and labour in its country of purchase against any manufacturing defects validated by our technical department. BNCom Australia Service department reserves the right not to apply the warranty in the event a breakdown is caused by an antenna system fault.

BNCom Australia will provide warranty to those units sold by us only, Standard BNCom warranty T&C’s apply.

Exclusions (not covered by Warranty):

  • Damages caused by accident, shock or inadequate packaging.
  • Power transistors, microphones, lights, fuses and the disrespect of the installation and use of specifications (including but not limited to antenna used with too high power, final output power transistors (SWR), inversion of polarities, bad connections, over voltage…).
  • The warranty cannot be extended due to the non-availability of the device while it is being serviced at BNCom Service department, nor by a change of one or more components or spare parts.
  • Transceivers which have been modified. The warranty application is excluded in case of modification or poor maintenance done by a third party not approved by BNCom Australia.”

For all returns customers must fill in the website (RA) return application in their account profile.

Postage the customer is responsible for return shipping cost, BNCom Australia will pay for the returning cost of the new product

The Australian Consumer Law:

Under the ACL you may be, but not guaranteed, entitled to a refund, repair or replacement.
